Refund Policy
At Starlight Studio and Art Gallery, we are committed to providing an inclusive, creative, and respectful environment for our artists, patrons, and community. We understand that plans change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible while also supporting the integrity of our programs and the work of our artists.
Workshops and Classes

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the start date of a class or workshop will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made 3–6 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start of a class or workshop.

If a class is canceled by Starlight due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued or a credit can be applied toward a future class.
Events and Performances

Refunds for ticketed events are available up to 72 hours before the event start time.

After that time, tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by Starlight.
Artwork and Merchandise

All sales of original artwork are final. These purchases directly support our artists and their creative independence.

Merchandise such as prints, apparel, or books may be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase if unused and in original condition. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or defective merchandise will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
Donations

Donations are non-refundable. We deeply appreciate your support in helping our artists thrive.
