Julia McNerney

Julia has a bright personality that is open and welcoming to everyone she meets. She loves to socialize, dance and sing. Julia’s artwork reflects this. With the use of mixed media and instinctual use of color, Julia takes the viewer through bold swaths of color in the sweeping brushstrokes of her paintings and intricately woven fiber work. Along the way the viewer might find friendly faces, careful patterns giving a visual place of rest in the swirls of patterns. When asked about her work Julia expresses “I love painting, drawing and stitching. It’s a lot of fun. I love my buddies and friends!”
