Juan is an artist whose works involve playful processes and bold colors. His choice of subject's ranges from dresses, animated characters, and cars. Juan enjoys using all kinds of mediums, but mainly experiments with paint markers, colored pencils, and crayons. A lot of his inspiration stems from fashion, specifically dresses, fantasy and Japanese animation.Part of Juan’s creative process is once he finishes his visual work, he wants to further describe to his peers and staff the narrative behind his creation. While at the Buffalo AKG Art Museum program Juan loves visiting the museum’s collection; these visits often further his art exploration and inspire his work.
