At 55 years old, this is Mary's first art experience with the Starlight program and the arts. "My life involves being independent, doing different things, working for awhile, and now doing volunteer work at Meals ON Wheels. I like to travel and keep in contact with friends from LDA and Starlight."

Mary also likes to try new things and learn new projects. "When starting Starlight, I didn't know a lot about everything the program offers, but now I'm learning different things". Mary likes to discover new colors and shapes and is having a blast putting these colors and shapes into her best work.
